DELIVERY SERVICE POLICY

Your order will be delivered by one of our vehicles or third-party companies selected by our system considering your location, weight of your order and time that your orders was logged into our system.

We aim to deliver orders next day or within 48 hours from ordering cut off time – 10.00am if you pay delivery fee.

Orders placed over the weekend (Saturday and Sunday) or bank holidays will be ONLY processed on the following working day.

Please note that all wasted delivery journey will be charged in full. In this case you will be contacted by our team to arrange a re-delivery.

Evidence of wasted journey can be provided upon request. We shall be entitled to charge you in full for an amount equal to the price of the perishable items contained in your order of the wasted journey.

Disclaimer: Deliveries could be delayed due to weather conditions, road closures, out-of-stock products, and other reasons related to order setup. Should any of these happen a member of our team will be in touch by phone or email.

Returns Policy

We advise that you inspect the goods promptly at the time of delivery and notify us of any defects promptly after delivery. We may accept returns from cases reported to us within 24hs from received delivery. We do not offer refund or exchange for food products unless in case of proven defect. Returned items must be unused and in its original packaging and proof of purchase presented. Returned items will be checked and a confirmation email will be sent to you stating approval or rejection of your refund. We do not cover returned items shipping costs. If your case is approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.
